There isn't, though we'll probably add a way to fix very low airspeed airspeed calibration creep which is sometimes seen over long periods of time. The D10/D100 has this in the form of the "zero airspeed calibration", or SPDCAL menu item, already.
The reason this is offered at all is that very low airspeeds (<20-30 knots) are basically thousandths of psi of difference, which are against the edge of detectability.
Mostly, though, IAS == dynamic pressure, period. The cause of most systemic IAS issues are problems with the static placement.
