Alerts based on two factors

There are some times when it would be handy to have an alert based on the existence of two, independent factors. (Sort of like the Canopy Open + High RPM (or was it IAS?) alarm that exists now).

Specifically, I was thinking about an alarm when OAT is below X degrees and the Pitot Heat is OFF.

+1 for some sort of scripting that would allow a combination of conditions to set off an alarm.
