after full updating by Dynon, any suggestions about what i’m missing. (second inconsistent altitude showing)

After setting my inHg my altitude of 2520 is correct on the right side. .. what is my difficulty with the number on the left showing 1430’ ??

i thought i could make them the same by adjusting something to match them up. Now just confused. (I can hide it if need be, but wandering about a solution)

Internal adjustment for altitude affects BOTH numbers, but not able to only adjust left to match.

suggestions? ( perhaps just hide it and forget?)
thanks

You don't give enough information to be completely accurate, but there's nothing inconsistent about the #'s if you read the manual so that you know what the device is showing you.

Since you're on the ground, on the right you've dialed in 29.79 on the baro and see 2520 in the altitude window. Using the Density Altitude Calculator here:

we see that at the -25C temperature that you've input (-13F, so pretty damn cold), the density altitude is -1509, or only about 80 ft. different than what the Dynon is showing on the left, in the "Density Altitude" space. Given that we don't have all the info from you and we don't know what the calculation differences are between the calculator shown above and what's going on inside the Dynon, I'd say that's functionally equivalent and correct.
