Once I dial in the correct altimeter for the day my altitude is showing 160feet too high with respect to field elevation.

How can I adjust this?

In the EFIS setup menu, there's an ALTADJ option. This will let you adjust altitude up or down 500 feet as needed.

Hi Jos

I suspect you will have had the ALTADJ 160 feet out as every one I have ever seen is dead on the number ex the factory. I suppose there could be the odd exception.

Every two years when we do the mandatory calibration the avionics guy is always impressed with how accurate the Dynon is! :)

If your Dynon is also providing the altitude input to the transponder, you will have to have the accuracy CERTIFIED by an appropriately certified technician before you can operate the transponder after you've made any "adjustments"...
