Ammeter shunt

I`m in process of installing a Dynon AMP shunt Specs 0-60A. And I wonder which end of the shunt is AMP high and which is the AMP low
one side of the shunt is marked 40A and the other end is marked 40mv.

Doesn't matter. It's literally a hunk of metal that just has a very small resistance. Install it whatever way is easiest or looks the best to you.
