Another jittery Tach

Tach read great until I downloaded 5.6 to my d120.

Now it reads very high (up to 3500) with nothing else changed.

Should I return to the older update?
Or, should I increase the ohm resistance?

I'd confirm the PPR is correct for your engine type/number of cylinders. Increasing the resistence is most likely not what to do especially if the rpm was working well before the update.

Settings shouldn't change across software updates, but if something didn't go quite right with the settings upgrade, it can reset things to defaults. Go through your other settings too, not just the pulses per revolution, in case they've also changed.
