Any way to revert SW? Some components shipped with SW newer than latest certified build.

Title pretty much says it all. I'm having SW issues and nothing seems to be working because everything is at a mix of SW loads. Some components are 17.0.0.12549 and the latest certified is 16.7.2. I tried uploading the 16.7.2 file, but it fails since it is older than the SW on some of the components. I just missed customer support before they closed for the weekend so I'll call them Monday if I don't make any progress, but this weekend was my time to work on the plane.

There's an option somewhere to "force" the upload of the software. Use that option, and it'll load whatever version you have, even if it's older. I had to do that when they shipped me an autopilot with a version newer than the latest certified.
