I have had my AOA in use for a year or so, and was very happy wth it. It was quite consistant.
Recently it has become erratic to the point it is unreliable.
I cannot think of anything that changed. I tried to recalbrate it with a new stall series, and the problem persists
There does not seem to be anything blocking the pitot or
AOL holes in the pitot tube.
I am uncertain as to what to try next. ? :- :'(

Did you check for a line (pitot or AOA) disconnected, cracked or broken? Are all fittings still tight? You would need to verify the integrity from the probe all the way to the EMS module.

I meant the ADAHRS module but incorrectly typed EMS. Thanks for the correction. Remember if you find no line breakage and are going to blow air though to check, disconnect the lines from the ADAHRS module and blow from that end. If you have other instruments connected to the pitot or static lines (backup steam gauges, another EFIS) to disconnect and block those before doing so to prevent damage there. I suspect a blockage or leak. In the spirit of try the easy, cheap and likely things first I would visually inspect the entire length of the lines before disconnecting anything.
