AOPA is in the process of bringing back the old flight planner they used to have from Jeppesen. Here is the link to the beta version:

It is a fantastic free flight planner for members, and it allows you to export the flight plan in .gpx format which can then be imported into SkyView. The other cool thing is that there are thousands and thousands of GPS waypoints on the Jeppesen charts.
