would be very handy to have either a mode in which i can set a climb or descent rate from the AP74 knob instead of preselecting an altitude, or a quick way to change the vertical rate value.
i have a 300ft/min value set which is ok for normal operation, but when flying in turbulence or in other cases it would be handy to be able to change the vertical speed in quicker way than changing the AP settings.
most competition AP have a vertical speed option and i know a few folks who bought other boxes just because of that.
