ARINC 429 handshake

It is quite common on initial start up for me to get a 429 failure message. The problem is solved always by a reboot of the skyview. Virtually never happens in flight or after it is fully functioning.
It did not always do that but only in the last 6 months or so
Just curious. My Driving GPS is the GTN 750

Are you getting that message on the GTN or the SkyView?

getting a 429 failure message on the Skyview. Goes away if i reboot the skyview...
