The audio alerts in my Dynon Skyview Classic (twin ten inch screens) worked flawlessly. Recently the audio alerts quit working altogether. I have no idea why…
I checked the Audio Setup screen and all looks good. No audio however when checking volume level and test.
Then I discovered this 2020 thread:

After reading through it, I decided to troubleshoot both screens. Screen 2 audio setup works perfectly and boot up greeting is heard loud and clear. Screen 1 nothing.
This isn’t the same situation as the above thread because audio alerts were indeed working - it’s not a situation where Screen 1 was never connected.
So what’s happening and how do I fix it?
