Auto trim will not function

I have dual Dynon SkyView screens with the knob panel and, the auto pilot panel. Everything works as advertised except auto trim. Thinking it might be the panel I exchanged it with another new AP panel. Still not working. Current manual trim is setup through the AP panel. Manual trim works as advertised. Auto trim is turned on in the setting page. All auto pilot calibrations have be completed and, rechecked many times. Any help trouble shooting this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you go to the setup menu's, go to HARDWARE CALIBRATION > TRIM MOTOR CONFIGURATION > MOTOR1 OR 2 > TEST MOTOR when you click into that function, you should have 2 buttons on the bottom. NOSE UP and NOSE DN on the pitch trim. If you press those, does the trim move as expected?
