I fitted my Long EZ with a D100, AP74 and two servos. Latest software. Correct servos for aircraft. Tends to overshoot heading and altitude. How do I tweek the setttings, adjust sensitivity? Little help found online. And also what voice alerts are there on the AP74 and how are they set/understood/ Can't find anything on this.

The D180 Installation guide on this page has more detail that I can write here that covers both of those topics (chapter 8 for autopilot, and the list of AP74 audio alerts are there too on page 8-23).

A few other tips: we'd recommend following the advice on page 8-18 - Turn the TRN RT LMT to 0 to use the alternate (newer) autopilot control algorithm. It often improves both performance and ride.

Heading performance also depends on having a good compass calibration. A good test here (if you have a GPS hooked up) - does HDG mode not work well but TRK mode does? If so, your compass calibration and/or installation location may not be ideal.
