Ok...I have a blank control panel in front of me. I am getting ready to cut some large holes to fit my D180, D100, HS34, SL30, GTX327 and EKP IV. My hesitation is not knowing what size and shape the upcoming Dynon autopilot will be. I've heard some rumors that it will be similar to the HS34 in size and appearance.
Can Dynon shed any light on this? I realize that you don't like to share information until you are good and ready, I understand that. But, I would like really to leave enough room in the panel for the autopilot in a way that it won't look like an after-thought when it finally gets installed.
At the very least, a wild nonbinding guess as to when the info might be available would be appreciated. At least with a time frame I can make a decision to go with different autopilot or wait a little longer.
