Aviation Database date out of sync?

I went flying this afternoon and on boot-up I got the message that the Aviation Database is out of date. No message for the other FAA charts. This was around 22:00Z time. I believe the FAA cycle is good till 23:59Z. Was I getting this message prematurely?
Is the Dynon Aviation database on the same 28 day cycle as FAA charts / approaches?
Just curious.

New cycle began today, I was fine seeing that the database told me it expired on the 14th. I had the new database, since Dynon puts it up a few days early and updated the cycle.
Yes they are on same FAA cycle.
just expect the screens to reboot after the database update
