I have been getting a backup battery low warning on startup lately. The battery shows 12.24 volts and tests fine. It charges up fine after the battery test also. Any ideas as to what is going on? This all seemed to start happening after replacing the main aircraft batteries, don’t know if there is any correlation.

When you get that message, are you checking the voltage under local display setup? Or do you mean the on-screen voltage indicator (which is nominally aircraft battery/bus voltage)?
