Backup Battery Missing

Zero hours flight time on Skyview system purchased about 2 1/2 years ago. Skyview system indicates no backup battery. Before engine start, battery status section showed 12.1 v and charging status 0.0. After start it showed 13.6 v and 0.0 v. It used to keep system running after avionics shut down but no longer does.
