Button Intermidatly working HDX screen

I've been working through settings on my HDX screens for configuring the EMS, etc, and I noticed the second button from the left sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Has anyone else had this issue, how do I troubleshoot, or is it a box the screen up and send it in for service.

Here's a vid I shot of it, if you notice the first time I push it it works, but then it doesn't again, it seems all the buttons will at least light even if pressing them and they don't have an option:

There were a run of serial numbers that used a button setup that had problems - should be covered under warranty.

Are you aware of the serial numbers affected? I have 2 HDX screens and both have a similar issue.
