Buttons 7+8 do not respond on certain pushes

My HDX1100 has sometimes the behavior that the buttons 7+8 will no respond on every push. It’s hard when I want to enter the setup. I need to find the responding angle and pressure. It worked at the beginning but since a year or so its showing this behavior. Anyone had similar issues?

I did once, and had to send the unit back to Dynon for replacement buttons. They changed suppliers for the button internals at some point because of this problem.
