Hi,
I have used all the ground pins available and need to connect "Fuel Level Capacitance converter to Voltage Converter" to D37.
Can I use the same ground pin, let's say #30, for both Left and Right Fuel Level Capacitance converters?
Thank you for helping :)

just been reading this section and yes you can. It says that the +5v, +12v and grounds is acceptable to share with other sensors

Hope this helps Frank

Can things like fuel senders, FT-60 Red Cubes etc be earthed elsewhere i.e. at the main earth porcupine instead of through the EMS harness?

Thanks Frank

I'll come clean and say I'm not certain, but...

Personally I would make sure the FT-60 Fred Cube only uses lines direct from the EMS to be absolutely certain that the clean 12v supply the EMS supplies doesn't get corrupted by a noisy ground.

On my EMS installation for a number of grounds I ran a ground line out of the EMS to it's mounting frame where I rivetted a line of 6 connected spades (a single piece fitting) and tapped any additional ones I needed from there.

As Robski says " doesn't get corrupted by a noisy ground" - I find the safest way, to save possible issues later, is to use a Dynon ground. I treat the EMS sensors the same way as audio - common dedicated grounds. ;)
