Can you display tach time instead of Hobbs?

By main screen, I assume you mean on the engine page. You can turn on or off whatever you'd like displayed. If you run a fixed pitch prop, there's hardly a need for manifold pressure to be displayed. Toggle it off in the EMS setup. Hobbs and tach time are the same.

My Hobbs is 111 hrs and tach time shows 89 hrs. Not the same.

Hobbs and tach are far from the same.
Hobbs runs 1 hour per hour the engine is running.
Tach is actually a counter of how many times the engine has ever turned over. If your normal RPM is 2400, and you idle at 1200, it takes two hours to make one tach hour.
