Cannot download V3.2 EMS Sensor Definitions

Trying to download the V3.2 files. When I try to get the EMS sensor Definitions a left click on "Sensor Data Download" results in the file opening as text. When I try the right click method, I do not get a "save as" only a save target as. What next???

I did a save target as and got a 27k byte file with a .sfg extension. Is this what I am supposed to get?

Load it into your unit.
