Can't close IFR plate once open

I've been having an issue where I open an IFR plate on my dual HDX800 display, with it displayed on the right half of my right screen. The "x" button will now close the plate. The work around is i have to go to switch screens, swap them, and then swap them back. It then disappears.

I'm not sure if this is intentional by dynon or a bug.

Any ideas or others having this issue?

One thing you can do to see if there might be wrong with the touch sensing is to enable visual feedback of the touches that you make:

SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP > TOUCH SETUP > SHOW TOUCHES

I will try this and report back. It seemed to happen after software update, but may be coincidental as those are quite frequent events.

It appears the top portion of the entire screen does not show touch, the other display does. What's the fix. This unit is very low time.

I've had one screen do this. Unfortunately it had to go back to Dynon.
Turn-around was quite fast though.
Get in touch with support and get an RMA
