Capacitance fuel guages

The 4.95 at the top right is the voltage that Skyview is reading from the sensor pin. It should change with the fuel level. I'm not sure why it would show 4.95 while the calibration shows 0.04. Maybe a dumb question, but did you actually rewire the pins when your changed them to pins 22 and 23?

Thanks for the reply. I simply changed to the wires on pins 22 and 23. However, I think I have found the problem and will document the results on this forum after I prove my theory. Basically, I think it is "Pilot Error".
