Is there a list of capacitance fuel level senders that are known to work with Skyview? Review of various posts seem indicate capacitance senders should work with no real special handling. Is that believed to be correct? Does anyone have any experience with Centroid?

Thanks for any assistance.

There isn't a definitive list. The "rule" is that it ultimately needs to output a variable DC voltage that varies anyway  between 0-5V (the precise range doesn't matter, because we can calibrate to the sender). Frequency outputs (pulses) won't work, and something that needs capacitance measured directly may not work. We have our capacitance-to-voltage converters for use with vans aircraft capacitance plates, but they may not work with other "raw" devices.

By far the most common sensor that customers use are the ones by Princeton Electronics (available from Spruce). The ones that you describe claim to be able to output either a resistive (float) style sensor or output a DC voltage, so without having done detailed research, it looks like they may work.
