Hi I have a sensor with White and black wires (Dynon P/N 100468) I know, this sensor don´t need resistor connection but it needs +5V excitation Circuit? Thanks.

Just follow the install directions and it will work fine. It does not need any connections except ground and your EMS.

No 5V excitation needed with that sensor. Just connect it to the GP Input Pin, and one of the Grounds on the EMS.

What should the limits be for the typical MS carb on a Lycoming? Nothing in the manual and can't find the temps anywhere?

Carb icing depends on a few things. The cooling affect of the venture and evaporating fuel can lower the air temperature by 30 or more degrees Fahrenheit. I had a yellow area from 27F to 50F. Below freezing the moisture is already ice so will pass right though. Here is a handy chart:
