Moving question to new thread
ya whats up with that? Looks like a great update for everyone who isn't on hold for a EMS VP-200 patch, which I am!!

while I wait, questions:
I see a mention of a "fix-Update to map airspace colors now built into software update and no longer requires separate .dfg file load."

I spent time making my own colors and the way the airspace appearance to be more like a sectional in my complex airspace of SoCal and Edwards airspace. I would like to keep my colors from the .dfg, am I to understand that I will no longer be able to do so with 6.0? If no, is there a way to import the .dfg?
Thx!

Those files are still loadable, so you can "fix" (again) anything the couple of things that the change that 6.0 imposes on you.

For what it's worth, here's what gets changed upon upgrade to 6.0 (it's the same as the adjustments that the former .dfg used to provide):

color1=FF5A01FF
color2=FF5A01FF
width0=2
width1=4

outline=0
style=MAP_BLING_DRAW_STYLE_SOLID_TICKS
}
warning={
color0=FFC000FF
color1=FFC000FF
color2=FFC000FF

style=MAP_BLING_DRAW_STYLE_JUST_TICKS
}
airspace_class_b={
