CHT and Oil temp Problem

When flying and a load is put on the aircraft like the push to talk or flaps.  The Oil and CHT skyrocket off the charts.  Even after the load is taken away the readings stay high.  The only way to return the dynon to normal function that we have found is to reset the master circuit breaker.

Flight Design CTLS
Dynon EMS D-120
Garmin SL20

Any help as to where to start on looking for this problem would be greatly appreciated.
