CHT/EGT pin assignments?

I am wiring the CHT/EGTs but don't have clear information on how and where to locate the pins from ea cylinder in the D-Sub connector for my D-180. The manual doesn't show where the pins should be located, nor have I found any info in the calibration section about assigning pin positions. How do I hook these up?

Also contact 1 is on but no wire is connected to it. Can this be corrected in the calibration stage?
