CHT's voltage and EGT temp differences

I've had a D10A behind a Rotax 100 hp for a couple of years and ignored the ChT's because they didnt read right.  Ifinally decided to fix the problem. I replaced the 2 resistors and now I get no readings at all (CHT's)  I'm getting about 1.2 volts from the excitation circuit.  Is this right?

Also I have 2 pairs of EGT probes purchased at different times.  Each pair are within 10 degrees of each other but are about 50 degrees difference between each pair.  I havent tried moving the probes around to see if the temps follow the probes because the clamps wouldnt take it

Depends on where exactly you're measuring the voltage, and whether or not the sensor is connected. If you're measuring after the resistor (on the sensor), then 1.2V = about 130 displayed degrees. What size resistor did you use? they need to be 1.21K precisely.

Also, make sure GP1 and GP2 are set to Rotax L and Rotax R respectively.
