Installing CIES fuel senders in my RV-15 fuel tanks. Planning a Dynon HDX panel like my RV8 even though the fuel quantity signal is analog voltage based. Does anyone know if Dynon is going to upgrade the HDX to a digital frequency based signal for fuel quantity indication? The CIES senders come with wiring for both output modes but it would be nice to have the more accurate digital signal Going to the HDX.

There aren't any plans currently to update the hardware within the EMS module to accept this. Any kind of change like that would most likely be a future product entirely, and there isn't anything currently in development for that. I will certainly pass this along to the engineering team though for future product development. It's something that a future product should be able to account for both signal types and I suspect someday will.
