CLASSIC DYNON SOFTWARE/DATA TRANSFER

G'day Dynon,

Is there any scope to change the classic Dynons (D10/D100 EFIS/EMS etc) so that software upgrade/backup/data download could be managed through a USB stick as per the Skyview series ?

Bob,
We don't currently have any plans to upgrade the hardware in the D10 series products. The processors inside those do not support USB (it hardly existed in 2002 when they were designed!) so it can't be done without a major re-design of the product.

We pride ourselves on being able to still sell, support, repair, and update our products from over a decade ago, but one of the trade-offs to this is not being able to keep every latest technology in the product.
