Colored Vertical Lines On Start Up

It seems to be only when I plug in the B/U battery but I get these colred vertical lines, sometimes on the whole screen, sometimes on half of it. Anyone seen this? Thanks, Craig

This is normal as long as it's just momentary and the unit actually powers up. If it's getting stuck like that, try rebooting by pressing buttons 1/2/5 simultaneously. If it never boots, it's broken and we need to see it. And if it boots, but the lines are always there, it's also broken and we need to see it.

My screens lock up sometimes with the bat back up connected. I have to disconnect the back up to get them to fire up. Not sure if this is a low voltage issue with the back up battery's.
