Com Not OnLine and transmission weak and unreadable with no sidetone.

Today I had issue with Transmitter on Com Transceiver (SV-COM-C25 with SV-COM-425). Reception was fine on all frequencies, but I could hear no side tone when I pushed PTT button and spoke, and although ground control could hear me but said that my transmissions were weak and unreadable. When I attempted to transmit, the green tx light in intercom lit up. Weirdly, the com status bar normally showing primary and standby frequencies at the top right of the HDX panel screen has disappeared (see screenshot below). Network status shows all modules normal including COM and ICS, although I intermittently was getting a warning message that Com was offline. Finally, the menu item on the HDX display to load the COM control panel onto the right side of the HDX is missing....

I have v16 installed, in fact I have the 25 March 2021 package installed (v16.0.1)
Any ideas?

Have already, and after checking wiring continuity (all were good), consensus was to RMA it back to you. It was delivered to your offices this morning at 10:59 am.

As mentioned in enclosed letter, if at all possible, I would prefer to get the newer SV-COM-T25 transceiver unit (from Trig) rather than the SV-COM-425, as I have been told it is more reliable...

Also, fwiw, the radio began transmitting okay day before yesterday, and sidetones came back. Also, the ability to transfer frequencies from HDX database into SV- COM-PANEL began to work again. However, the missing items on HDX screen are still missing.
