Comm radio continually receives

I have my Dynon radio and intercom installed. Powers up fine all looks good except the radio continually shows RX and is receiving a transmission. If I disconnect the antenna cable from the antenna it obviously stops immediately. Both the pilot and copilot PTT's appear to be working properly and when pushed the RX changes to TX and the green light on the intercom changes from green to amber. Any guesses? Thanks in advance

Have you gone into the setup menu and adjusted the squelch level? Instructions are covered in section 16 of the installation manual.
