My Nexus tablet can be connected to an USB plug via a mini USB cable (mini USB is on the tablet side, the other end is a regular USB connector). When plugged into the Skyview USB port it shows that the Tablet is charging. I have two questions:
- How much Amps can I draw from the Skyview?
- Can I download the Skyview Data directly to my tablet rather than using a USB stick?

Message modification: on VAF Forum I got the answers I needed to my questions, see:

You'll generally get the computer rate 500mA from SkyView.

As for the data, older versions of android used USB mass storage when you connected it to a computer (which SkyView sort of is). This basically allowed it to look like a USB drive. In the newer versions of android, they removed that capability though, unfortunately.

iOS devices do not have the capability to act as a USB Mass Storage device.
