create DUP file with aerospace

Is it possible to create/edit DUP (or other, which SkyView can read) files with airspace like CTR, TMA, ATZ?

I have found PMK2DUP, but using of this tool I can only create User Waypoints.

Is any documentation about DUP file structure?

It is not currently possible to create your won airspace files.
