D100 doesn't start up

Hello,
just a few days ago I forgot the master switch ON and the main battery went flat. Changed the battery, now the D100 is not able to start up: I see the blue image then black then the blue image and so and so.

We may need to see your EFIS-D100 here. If you have the internal back up battery, try disconnecting it and reconnecting it first. But if that does not help, give our support team a call at 425-402-0433 or an email at support at dynonavionics dot com for further help with this issue.
