Can anybody clarify which magnetic intensity value is entered into the D100 prior to calibrating the heading reference (Dynon CMM page 4-2)?

When the magnetic field values are obtained from NOAA, you are given a five different intensity values including horizontal intensity and total field.  Which one is required to be inputed into the D100?

We are having a lot of trouble calibrating and retaining the calibration of the heading reference.  Aircraft is a Tecnam P92.

I'd use -67 28 & 59859, you'll need to use numbers as close to thoes you can get by 'rounding' up or down.

It's the total field intensity you're looking for, which is the number all the way on the right. Note that you're also also after inclination, NOT declination.

Yes, I meant to say "Inclination" and that is what we have entered.

Obviously we will need to look further for the calibration problem.

Thank you for the response.
