My Dynon D10A will not get past the blue start up screen, then the screen goes black for a second, then the blue startup screen comes on again. The white "d" for dynon does appear on the blue screen. It stays in this cycle until I pull the breaker. What should I do, send it in for repair?

That may be a voltage issue. Is it installed & what is the system volts ?
Did you also check it out by removing the backup battery, if fitted ?
