Dynon D120 with Kavlico 15 psi sender on Rotax 912ULS.
Experiencing gradual increase of indicated fuel psi on taxi all the way to upper limit at 8.7 psi.
(Normal is about 4.5 psi on taxi and 3.5 psi in cruise)

Tried replacing the mechanical fuel pump... same problem.

Sender issue?
Thank you!

The Kavlicos are pretty solid. Could be the sensor, I suppose, but I'm not sure we've seen one misbehave in that way. There is this bulletin to be aware of, but it doesn't sound like your issue. That problem should only be evident as you change altitude (and the sensors outside reference pressure isn't correctly changing).

Replaced Kavlico fuel pressure sender. Test flown. The plane returned to normal operation fuel psi. Assume the problem was the sender and it is now fixed!

(If I don't repost again on this thread... the sender was the problem.)
