Two lead OAT sensor. For a moment it displayed 187 F (not that warm in the hangar)then went to OAT NOT FOUND. I measured the sensor leads at the connector to radio ground and it was around 25.03 K ohm. I'm looking through the menus and for the life of me, I can't find anything to set up the sensor.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

With the 2 wire probe, one lead will be to ground, and the other to one of your GP Inputs on the DB37 connector of the EFIS.
Since you measured through the probe from the connector, have a look at what pin number the OAT wire is going to (4, 22 or 23), and see which GP input that corresponds to. Pin 4 is GP1, Pin 22 is GP 2 and Pin 23 is GP 3.
Then, in configuration mode in the sensor menu, set that GP Input to OAT, and the sensor type to 1
Apologies if you have done this already

That did it! Thanks.

Download the D180 installation manual and review all steps in Appendix B: Dynon EFIS OAT Probe Installation and Usage. It offers some suggestions in the event your EFIS displays "OAT NOT FOUND"
