tried to export the data log from the dynon to usb, message on screens was for both screens ok, finally nothing on the stick, diagnostic data log was on the usb stick.
Before upgrading to v15 no problem
has someone an idea what's happened?

It sounds like you might have used the EXPORT DYNON DIAGNOSTIC FILE option instead of the EXPORT USER DATA LOGS option in the menu. The former outputs a single file that we'll sometimes ask you for when we're troubleshooting with you, and it doesn't have any usable data outside of Dynon. The latter will export a handful of CSV files that you can open with Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Try to download both from screen 1504 diagnostic logs with success , user logs without; from screen 1527 only users logs, without success.
