Data Logging with V4

I just swapped propellers and tried to do back to back data.  My previously functioning data logging now has corrupt ASCII characters throughout the data.  By chance has anyone run into this?

It could always be a problem with my hardware but this would be the first issue I have had with it and it just happens to have coincided with the firmware update.

Dynon, I've heard mention of data logging on the way.  Perhaps will this be available in the ADS-B release?  If it is, I'll not put any time into the current issue as my receiver should be here tomorrow.

I put together one of these data loggers myself as well, and only once got it to save legitimate data. After that, I just got garbage, so I've ditched it and await Dynon's data logging implementation. In another discussion, Dynon indicated data logging won't be in the next release, but will likely be in another release coming soon after.

Data logging will be the next software release after weather. Datalogging just went into flight testing recently.

If I get time I will back up to the previous version and see if logging comes back. Given that another user is seeing garbled chars, chances are good it broke with the release and is not a hardware issue. This is also another Extra on the field with a connection for my logger. It has the older firmware and might be available for testing.
