We flew to Cambridge Md KCGE from Warrenton VA KHWY on Sunday. When I zoomed the map out a bit there was a 60 mile ring around Washington as well as the 30 mile TFR 0/8326 which is the SFRA. Immediately switched to guard and didn't hear of any intercepts! Is this part of the same issues that have been discussed? I didn't see this one in the archives. My wife snapped a photo on the way back.
The 60 mile ring is where you need to have taken the SFRA training but it is otherwise not part of the SFRA. It was not depicted on Foreflight.
Note the ground speed, 40 Kt + headwind.

The 60NM ring is the speed restricted zone, and this has been shown as a part of the TFR on my ADS-B in equipped Skyview system for at least 2 years.
