Diagrams for SV-KNOB-PANEL and SV-AP-PANEL?

Where are the dimensional diagrams for the SV-KNOB-PANEL and SV-AP-PANEL?

If diagrams are not available, could Dynon please post the exact dimensions in narrative format?  Space is tight and accuracy is a must.
