Display of Bus Voltage on SkyView?

Would someone please confirm  that to have the SkyView display the bus voltage one only needs to connect Pin 1 (Red wire) of the EMS 37 pin harness to the positive bus (reference Table 19 of the SkyView System Installation Guide). I find the words used in the Sensor column of that table to be unclear and do not wish to release any smoke.

TIA

Terry.

Jake - I was aware of 17-9 in Rev I Install Manual but it too fails to clearly state that that the Pin 1 red wire is to be connected to the positive bus which I take your response to be a confirmation of.

I'll connect it.

Thx.

Jake has it right. If you wish to monitor voltage, pins 1 and 2 on the SV-EMS-220 37-pin connector are the ones you use.

In connecting pin 1 to the positive bus is it necessary, or prudent, to wire it through a fuse?

It's only sensing the bus voltage - the aircraft should have its own overvoltage protection, IMO, to protect everything ;)

There's no appreciable current flowing into Pin 1 and Pin 2... but it never hurts to be safe...
