I will be shortly installing dual Light Speed Plasma III Electronic Ignition and full Dynon Skyview systems.

The LSEI has an optional small display panel to show RPM, MAP, and Timing for each module. Since the first two items are going to be shown in the Skyview system anyway, I wonder if there is a way to also display the timing using the Skyview panel.

From the LSEI installation and operation manual:

These pins are millivolt outputs for RPM, Timing Advance, and Manifold Pressure. Typically, these outputs are used with LSE’s prewired Simpson timing display. Alternatively, a handheld mV meter can display these outputs within 0.01” MAP, 0.01 degrees Timing, and 1 RPM resolution, when connected per the output connector diagram.

wire to unused channel and create a new sensor definition and set the c1 coefficient to 100. c0, c2, etc. leave at 0. That will multiply the .01 volt / degree output x100 and provide result engineering units in degrees. Map that to a new widget on your engine display.
