Is there a way to display the total fuel flowed since the flight began or since the last "FULL" or "PRESET" was made on the EMS/engine screen? what is this widget called?

I have fuel levels (left, right tank) and fuel flow (current flow) but not a fuel "flowed" totalizer type count

On mine I have "Fuel remaining" displayed and believe there was also a "fuel flowed" or something like that behind the "INFO" button.
Go to the EMS layout then press "INFO" and you will see it there.

Hope this will help you

Under the screen layout editor, under INFO, the widget is "FUEL USED"

There is also "FUEL REMAINING" which is how much is still left on board.

What is the recommended practice for considering fuel that is in auxillary tanks?

If the fuel is not directly available to the engine then typical practice is there is no sensor or gauge for it- but if I want to account for it in my fuel "remaining" what's the best bet for that? Just curious

In EMS:
The Fuel Used info item displays the amount of fuel that has been used during your flight. Note that Fuel Used resets itself when the unit detects that oil pressure has exceeded 15 PSI for the first time after being powered on. This allows you to view the fuel used value from your last flight before engine start.
